I jumped at the chance to create my new recipe, a Torani Puremade Black Sugar Syrup decaf coffee milkshake as a spinoff of a cold brew. As I’ve mentioned a million times, Torani is one of my favorite brands to work with especially because their Puremade syrups contain no artificial flavors. This post is sponsored by Torani, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Now that I’m pregnant, I’m always looking for fun new drinks to spice things up. It can get a little boring!! I love cold brew, but the caffeine is often too much for me right now. I need to watch my intake. The syrup has a sweet molasses flavor and added a great balance to this sweet, tasty milkshake. The new Torani Puremade Black Sugar Syrup delivers amazing flavor with the ingredients you love. No artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, and colors from natural sources. Plus, it’s GMO-Free. It’s funny. With this being my second pregnancy, I notice how I once again snap back into being super conscious of what ingredients go into my body, and I do my best to eat foods with no artificial flavors. Hopefully, that habit lasts forever post-pregnancy!
Ok, back to the decaf coffee milkshake…. You can absolutely make it with regular coffee, too. However, I thought it’d be more fun as an afternoon pick-me-up with cookies while I was working at Jessie’s house. You can order Torani Black Puremade Sugar Syrup at torani.com to make the recipe. The syrup is so easy to use because you can add a spoonful to nearly any drink you want to add sweetener to like cocoa, coffee, or lattes.
The recipe makes 4 servings and fits into a small or large blender so easily. I used a small blender to make a double batch, which we had as our afternoon snack after a work call. Then, I, of course, made my favorite business partner, Jessie, take some photos of me with it so that I could share them with all of you!
