I love refreshing my routine in the spring and exploring new recipes like this peach green tea smoothie recipe. Torani is my go-to syrup for all flavored beverages because it’s always delicious and easy to work with! I love how one Torani flavor can create endless recipes. I’ve worked with their peppermint syrup, pumpkin syrup, and chocolate sauces before — all are great! This post is sponsored by Torani, but all thoughts and opinions are my own. #blossomsandtea

I’ve often gravitated towards berry and peanut butter smoothie recipes with spinach, but when I started thinking about smoothies for kids as well as healthy and easy smoothie recipes, something light came to mind. Green tea is one of my favorite ingredients because it just makes me feel good!
This peach green tea smoothie recipe is dairy-free. I haven’t shared much about it, but I’ve recently (attempted) a dairy-free lifestyle, and I’m feeling so much better. By being dairy-free, I’ve reduced bloating and increased my energy. Plus, I love that this recipe has fruit in it. You can make a smoothie bowl by topping it with granola, sliced bananas, and blueberries if you like.
