Host a Party at the Girl Meets Party Studio!

In case you haven’t heard, we have a new studio and we’d love to host you!  While we’re always happy to help you plan events at other venues, we’re also available to now host in our own space, too!  With 5 different backdrops in the space, the sky is the limit for hosting.  Today, we’re sharing a few ideas with you on what to host.

A Bridesmaid Brunch

Popping the question to your ‘maids to be?  Host a bridesmaid brunch with us!  We have seating for up to 12 at one table but can hold up to 20 in total.  Our packages range to fit your needs.  From renting our space to hiring us for full or partial planning, we have you covered.  For partial planning, we can create mood boards to inspire you for shopping.  We also have full-service planning to help you from concept to a shoppable list to execution inclusive of renting our cute plates & decor!  Interested in hosting?  Reach out to us for pricing.  You can also check out some of our previous parties here.

Girls’ Night In

Haven’t seen your girlfriends in a while?  Plan a Girls’ Night In with us!  We have the space to make dinner or cater out, which we can plan for you if you like as well.  Plus, we love to brainstorm fun games or activities if you need help there as well.  Wine night?  We have you covered!  Sure, you can head to a restaurant, but why not host at the Girl Meets Party studio where you own the full experience from food to music to lighting?  For more information,  reach out to us for pricing.

Bridal or Baby Showers

We love weddings and we love babies!  Hosting 24 people or less?  We have the space you need for a bridal or baby shower!  We have 2 tables that hold 12 people each and the perfect area for a sweets or gifts table.  The studio has been designed to flex to any theme, so we’re able to easily add any photos or artwork you’d like to personalize the space.  For all rentals, you’re able to get in up to 90 minutes before for setup and stay for 60 minutes post event for cleanup.  Need help brainstorming the perfect theme?  We can provide partial planning, which includes a shoppable mood board.  Looking to outsource it all?  We can do that, too!   Reach out to us for pricing.

Birthday Parties

If you’re hosting an intimate gathering for a first birthday or your birthday of 30 people or less, we have the perfect space for you.  We’ve hosted first birthday parties in the past and love them!  We can accommodate seating for up to 24 people or easily hold 30 people with some high boy tables.  We have a gifts room & sweets table to meet your needs as well.  We’d be thrilled to bring your vision to life!  Reach out to us for pricing.

Creative Workshops

Finding the perfect space to host a creative workshop can be tricky.  You may have all of the ideas, but rental spaces are super expensive and make it tough to bring your vision to life.  Honestly, that’s one of the reasons why we designed our studio.  We’re passionate about business & blogging.  In fact, our goal is for the Girl Meets Party studio to become a place where people can get their businesses off the ground and inspire others.  We can comfortably seat up to 24 people for workshops.   Reach out to us for pricing.

Team Meetings or Headshots

Getting a small team together offsite inspires creativity and new connections.  If your team has less than 20 people, we’re a great space for your meeting.  We have 5 different backdrops for team photos or headshots.  Our space is also completely flexible to move furniture around and create different areas depending on your team’s needs.  For more information,  reach out to us for pricing.

Meet Jen

I’ve always had a love affair with creation. Since I was a child, I handmade my gifts or combined toys to design something new. Fast forward twenty years, and I’m still making my gifts every holiday and designing new ways to do things.

Where I Shop

In order to grow my small business, I earn revenue in a few different ways. I publish sponsored posts from time to time, which are always labeled. Sometimes I earn an affiliate commission on the sales of products or business resources I link to. I only feature items I genuinely love and want to share.
